The decoration of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful furnishings and a charming ambiance. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the ease of accessibility throughout the hotel, from the spacious rooms to the well-designed pathways and facilities. The staff made sure that everything was convenient and comfortable for us, offering assistance whenever needed.

Although the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, it would have been even better if they had more knowledge about the specific needs of senior people. A little more attention and consideration towards the needs of the mature guests would have made our vacation even more enjoyable.

Cleverly designed space with pool, covered kitchen and lounge area, and air conditioned bedroom. Bikes provided for exploring. Simple and stylish decor, outdoor shower room, and appreciated sail covers over the pool. Can catch the sun all day.

The bathroom, although outside, was partially covered, and the wifi was speedy and reliable. The staff were friendly and always available to assist with any needs. Additionally, the hotel provided bicycles for guests to explore the surrounding area, making it convenient to visit nearby restaurants and the beach.

Noisy fan at night.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and bars. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need, including bikes, a full kitchen, and bathroom amenities. The service is excellent, with daily villa cleaning and thoughtful turndown service. The floating breakfast is a must-try, delicious and beautifully presented. It's the best place to stay in Gili Air.

Loved having my own private pool and the option to enjoy a delicious breakfast on the terrace. The bikes were a fun way to explore and the staff was helpful.

Oh, I just adored walking down the muddy road in the dark with my toddler in tow. So convenient!
